Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and energetic Retail Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering a great shopping experience. As a Retail Associate, you will assist customers, maintain store standards, and help ensure that the store runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries and purchases

- Maintain knowledge of the store’s products, promotions, and policies

- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing

- Assist in inventory management, including stock checks and product replenishment

- Handle customer complaints or escalate issues to management as needed

- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and store objectives

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

- Previous experience in retail or customer service (preferred but not required)

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight when restocking shelves
