Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner to promote and sell products on behalf of our clients.
  •  Utilize persuasive selling techniques to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and promotions to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store staff to ensure optimal product placement and visibility.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive customer engagement and effective sales strategies.
  • Assist in setting up and maintaining attractive product displays and promotional materials within assigned retail locations.
  • Gather and report customer feedback and market insights to enhance sales strategies and improve product offerings.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant experience is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also thriving independently.
  • Sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required; comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate retail schedules.
  • Reliable transportation to commute to various retail locations as needed.
